Remember Me?

WOW!  What a lapse between posts!  So much going on, and Sea Camp is next week, and my brother is going to have his first child born on April 1! Oy vey!

Well, first off, I hope everyone had an AWESOME spring break!  Don't get me wrong, but wasn't it supposed to be warmer?  Just a little?

Students don't have school April 1.  They must've known that was the day I became an uncle!  When we come back on Tuesday, we'll be reading about classification as it relates to science in preparation for our trip to the Keys.  In math, we'll begin our unit on geometry.

I wanted to share with you a really neat site that I discovered over break called Wonderopolis.  Wonderopolis is a place where wonder and learning are nurtured through the power of discovery, creativity and imagination.  It's an idea that has been "brought to life" by the National Center for Family Literacy (NCFL).  You see children not only for who they are but for all they can become.  It's a place found in a curious question or an everyday adventure.  Be sure to check it out!
